(For children 3 - 12 years old)

Our vision is to offer the children of the North Grenville Community a variety of activities in a relaxed, comfortable setting. Our program variety offers experiences in music, art, dance and science/nature. Program sessions run for 8 weeks in the fall and spring.  Specialized, theme-based workshops are offered over the course of the year. The Learning Centre Committee is developing a series of heritage craft workshops including: tinsmithing, papermaking, candle making, quilting, wooden toy building and leather work. This Centre is for the community and is structured to be flexible to the needs and to the direction that the community wants to take it. Learning Center Programs


Winter Art Fun at NGP&LC

The winter session of “ARTerrific!” starts on January 26th at the North Grenville Cooperative Preschool and Learning Centre. The series of 7 art adventures for 7-10yr olds will run on Thursdays from 6.30-7.45pm at the Leahurst site , 860 Heritage Dr. U of Guelph Campus. A variety of media will be used in the 7 classes with the emphasis on experimentation and fun. The session will cost $85.00 plus a $15.00 materials fee. Join teacher, Clare Weissflog, for some wintry art exploration!
